Shipping policy

** 2026 Memorial Sale: Free Shipping is not offered during the Memorial Weekend Sale. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing.

We strive to process all orders within the same or next business day. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 that are shipping to the United States only. No code necessary.

*Free shipping is not available during site wide or big sales or when stated.*

We recommend adding Route Protection to every order (available for US orders only).  Once the package is in the hands of UPS, FedEx, or the USPS, then it is out of our control.  The Rustic C Boutique is not responsible for any packages lost by the shipping carriers.  If the customer does not add Route Protection then it is at the customers own risk and The Rustic C will not be held liable.  Please contact Route Protection within 30 days of the shipping date.

Please double check the mailing shipping address.  If the items are returned to sender for any reason, then we will send an invoice for the additional shipping charges.

International Shipping:

The shipping price at checkout is an estimate only, if the actual shipping amount is more than the estimated amount, we will send a separate invoice for the shipping cost difference.  This invoice will need to be paid prior to the package shipping. 

International shipping charges start at $50 USD.
