The Rustic C Boutique offers a store credit for all returns.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return the product to the below address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

The purchaser (customer) is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received at the above address, The Rustic C will issue a store credit. Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please allow up to 7 days after the returned item is received at above address to receive the store credit. We do not offer refunds, we only offer a store credit.
If shoes are returned with the shoe box as the shipping box, the purchaser will not receive a store credit as the shoe box is considered part of the merchandise. Please return shoes and their shoe boxes mailed in a separate box or poly mailer to be eligible for the store credit.
